yup, i changed my adress today , that's mean more delay , but at least i strated working and i paid last week the PR fees

it's really frustrating that in Ontario they had already PR , it took them 6,7 to 8 months , and for Quebec applicants , it takes 11 to more than 12 months

For sure you can bring your spouse , but it's always good to see a lawyer even for two times the first time to ask him about your situation , the second one to show him your application so he can tell you what is correct and what's needed to be written in a different way , if you already applied...
