I am planning to do the same. Anyone? Has anyone applied for entry visa at BLS surrey on Oct 26th? What were they told about processing times?

Called again and now this lady said that counter delivery update must be a glitch and it takes anywhere from 6-8 weeks for OCI

Same thing they told me. Now I am more confused

But whenever I call BLS they are saying entry visa 30-45 days

Called them 10 mins ago, answered in 5 minutes. Let me know what they say

True and I don’t want to give away my passport in case my OCI is processed faster.

Same t Same timeline, travel is Nov 26. Called BLS 3 times as my status on BLS website went straight to counter delivery to BLS after OCI stamping. And they said it will be ready next week. Not sure if I should trust them. What is your status on BLS site?

Just wondering how much BLS call center people know about your application. I have called 3 times and all 3 of them told your application process is almost complete, you will get it in one week. Or they just see what is on the tracking site that we see?

What time did you line up?

There is so much incongruence in tracking status and call center agents and those sitting at BLS desks. Tracking status stuck at Counter delivery since application, bls agent says application is almost complete. Entry visa takes 45 days per call center and 15 days per desk ladies. Whom to trust?

Please keep posting on Twitter people. Use the hashtag restoreevisa. There’s a drop in posts since this new announcement which isn’t helping the majority.

I am in similar situation right now. Just wondering what ended up happening? Did it ever change from counter delivery?

Hey I got that status on BLS one week after application while it changed to Under process on OCI website. It never changed to Processing at consulate general. I am worried what is happening with my application. Is it stuck or fast tracked.

I called BLS 3 times today asking about Processing time for entry visa. They all said 30-45 days. I asked them about 10-15 days being shared by some staff members they said that can’t be true

I didn’t even see any media briefing going live today

For everyone who got “Counter Delivery to BLS after OCI stamping” few days after application. I called BLS and this is what the agent said- BLS has a counter inside consulate so basically it was scanned from your local BLS to the BLS counter inside consulate. It really didn’t make sense to me...
