Just curious, how does the fact that people are waiting since 2019 supposed to give us hope? If anything, it just goes to show the huge backlog that IRCC has to deal with?

I'm sure the OP would love to be wrong in this case. I'll be extremely happy if I get PPR even by Nov this year. Sadly I don't think that's very likely.

Glad to see some movement for FSW-O from CPC-O. My application is there as well and Im scared with all the delays in the applications being processed there.

Bad luck. It's probably the slowest right now for FSW-O. People have been waiting for a very long time for some movement from there. Mine is also there.

No one can answer this question right now. There are too many factors involved. But the majority of applications are going to be delayed, at least for FSW-O.
