Hi everyone, just to update on my application: I just found out that my OWP application was approved! The CIC system shows that my application was received Nov. 7, 2017 but the application files (with the PR files) were actually received on Nov. 14, 2017.

I just called CIC and talked to an agent. They would ask for your UCI number and other information to check if your OWP is in the system. If it is, they could provide you the application number. It begins with "W", followed by nine digits.

The same here. I have no luck trying to link my OWP. However, I called CIC to get my OWP application number and then I'm able to check the status using the application number by calling CIC without speaking to an agent. If you couldn't link your application, I suggest you do that as well.
