Yes, I was traveling outside Canada. You will need to provide explanations (explain the reasons for your trip) in your request to reschedule, either through the webform on IRCC website, a written letter mailed to the interview office or email if they provide any in the letter. I left Canada for...

Yes, there is a note says "Do not forward" on the top left of the envelope of my card. The address on my letter says "Case Processing Centre-PRC..." not sure if it means a centre in China in my case. So people might receive the card from different addresses, I guess?

If you leave Canada for a short period of time, there shouldn't be any problem. I've left for a few weeks when I was waiting. But the issue is that you've submitted the required documents after AIP and that means in any time, you would receive a notification (email or physical letter) for...

I think you're waiting for the interview letter. It can be an email or a physical letter. The time varies. I got my letter only two days after DM on ECAS but sometimes it can take up to a month or longer but if it is longer than four weeks you should contact IRCC.

I don't think you should worry that much. I had the same reply to my webform request and that means your requests/questions are forwarded to the office who are dealing with your case. They will give you an answer in normally a few weeks time. I actually called the IRCC and spoke to an agent...

Hi, I'm also trying to reschedule my landing interview but haven't heard back for a new date yet. In my landing letter, they didn't provide any email address other than the IRCC number which has always been busy and impossible to get an agent. I sent a webform through the iRCC system and got...
