I have everything green except the oath... i was told it takes a few weeks to receive the paper certification which surely will delay the passport application.. Can I ask the e-certification during the oath or change it somewhere?

Mine is cleared, too... i got a ghost update yesterday.

my wife have the BG cleared. i am still waiting

It seems that if you travel abroad then it takes longer time to complete the BG, is it true?

I have a family of 4, and my wife's background check is marked as completed but rest of us are still in progress... i got a ghost update when my wife's BG marked as completed. Is it normal ? how long would it take to complete my BG?

Feb 12.. Feb 12.. it was reflected to the system today.. I got a ghost update but my background is still in progress. I traveled to China during summer but she didn't.. i am not sure if it is the reason. Neither of us have the fingerprint requested.
