I assume you've met the Justice of Peace on your first two court dates and they should have asked the Crown to provide you the disclosure. You should be expecting some delay on your citizenship application and a citizenship officer will contact you if they need any information from you. At least...

What are your status in the new tracker system? All completed except the citizenship ceremony? For me, the language skills, physical presence and prohibition are in progress and citizenship ceremony is not started. I've seen scheduled for interviews before but the only time the citizenship...

Because I’m a non-routine applicant. It took some time for me to gather court documents. I’ve been told that once the background is done I should be getting Oath invite soon but then depending on the local office’s schedule. But “soon” could be a few more months lol

The RCMP records check would list the disposition of the charges. Also, the adult charge screening form would tell you whether the crown elect the charges to be prosecuted summarily or by indictment. Since a peace bond has been issued, I don’t believe the said charge was prosecuted by indictment.

I think the question is very straightforward. If your offence isn't indictable, then it's no. I have been told by an attorney. It says "The RCMP's Records Suspension & Purge Services may deny an application to destroy a non-conviction record" It may deny doesn't mean it will deny.
