You might be right about the Security: everytime I call IRCC to ask specifically about security and criminality they tell me they are both in progress. They actually have never said that they are not started. This applies to websforms too. I will for sure. Knowing that everyone is in the same...

Congrats Lol I had a similar issue with this address change service. The quick and dirty way is to phone them. I have sent a webform before but it didn't update my address.

No, I just logged in today and it said "Application Updated", go in the application and there is nothing. It just means there is a movement on the application.

I see. It does not sound fair to me, but who am i to say; just a poor PR applicant.

I think they are getting them per the 6 month timeline, probably because they were included in the biometrics exemption/able to give biometrics earlier in the application process than us. But who knows. I'm still trying to understand IRCC's logic to be honest...

This timeline gives me hope that we might get the PR approval this year. I wonder why wouldn't they update their processing time on the IRCC website to reflect this change? That would save them a lot of time and reduce application update requests from applicants.

I'm not sure what logic they are going after either. Is it worth withdrawing an application and re-applying at this point? I'm not sure if the COVID interruption put a wrench in IRCC's system for people between Feb and April 2020 and now it's just easier for them to process newer applications...

Same boat, info below. When I called the agent afterwards he told me it typically only takes a few weeks to process Criminality. But it has been radio silence for 6 weeks now. Not much we can do besides waiting

I got my info from the GCMS notes. That was back in Oct 13. I ordered GCMS notes on Oct 20. I will let you know what they say. I gave up on Webforms, they are kind of useless half@@s answers. Getting hold of an agent is painful if you work during the day.
