Hello, If it is really that illegible, you could send a webform explaining the situation and upload the new scanned file in the end. I think the webform has a file size limit of around 2.5MB or so, so just be sure to have the images compressed enough to meet the limit.

Hi, One photo they will attach on to your COPR form and another one they will return as-is. Just be sure that one of the photos you submit has the stamp of the photo studio + date photo was taken + name of the person in the photo + DOB.

I remember seeing on the VFS website that we need to raise a new passport collection request for each applicant, regardless of the number of applicants in each application.
