do paid internships count in Express Entry (FSW)?

I do not need to over flog this issue. I will just advise anyone who loves not to waste money and precious time not to apply counting work experience gained while working on off-campus work permit. Look at the post you quoted! Does it make sense? You work in Canada and it counts towards FSW? I...

do paid internships count in Express Entry (FSW)?

I I came to Canada as a student when you had to wait six months then apply for off-campus work permit to work outside campus. My refusal letter clearly stated that any experience acquired under work permit while enrolled as a full time student isn't eligible for EE. My internship was for 18...

FSW INLAND - OAR JAN, DEC and NOV

Not necessarily. You can't say "will", we have tonnes of people who get stuck on IP1 till PPR. I have been on IP1for 2 months and uploaded RCMP on request in April. Called CIC and was told everything is done except security, which normally is NA for BG but I am still IP1. So it varies.

    Misrepresentation...should I withdraw my application?

If any of the months you used in claiming work experience was on a study permit, I won't want to sound like a prophet of doom but forget it. I was refused and many of my friends as well on that ground.

I do not think you should. If you look at the intro info before uploading the documents, it clearly states that you should only upload documents when requested. so I don't think its necessary cos by adding a letter of explanation, you are giving the visa officer one more thing to worry about. As...

While you advise appears good, I don't think it's necessary to overdo what was requested. Schedule A I believe should be submitted for only the requested candidate. Besides, he won't have a space to upload schedule A for the person that it wasn't requested from and will invariably upload it...

That's straight from cic's website: You do not have to show that you have these funds if: you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND you are currently working OR authorized to work in Canada

You probably don't understand the statement. So answer the question. The qoute says if you have a valid job offer and authorized to work OR currently working in Canada? There is no point arguing with you. I have those who have applied FSW inland with payslips and less than required funds and...

Did you read the link? Did you read " if you are legally authorized to work in Canada?" Of course you will show pay slips and proof of employment. You will see at the bottom 2 points were raised. You only quoted the first.

I did apply by selecting No. So what you need to is add the Canadian passport and birth certificate. If you haven't gotten the passport yet, duplicate the birth certificate in both places

FSW inland will not require funds as well as long as they are working in Canada although I agree with you that it's safe to show some funds.
