Nobody can say for sure but in my case they kept working on it cos I received RCMP 8th of April and RPRF request 18th of April before I submitted my RCMP request. My advice you though is to get it in as quickly as you can. It's one of the reasons I am having a delay now.

I reused a medical and as long as it's still valid you can too. Medicals are only valid for a year. So when you say last Jan, 2016 or 2017? If 2017, you are fine but 2016 isn't going to pass.

If it was that stringent, do you know how many refusals we will be seeing on here? Why do you think those agents are grumpy? They receive tonnes of calls everyday!

You are missing a very crucial point there though. "Suspicious behavior ", this isn't necessarily frequency but the manner! You can call just once and cause an agent to have concerns.While someone else can call 10 times in a well mannered way and not generate any concerns!
