Thank you, I may have overlooked the App/updated part. Does the " Read " change to "New" as well when you have an update and changes back to Read after clicking and viewing it. I also don't check everyday so may have missed few updates. Thanks for clarification.

I don't understand why some would get regular ghost updates and some will not get anything at all after the medical pass. When you say ghost update, what do you see in the account. Do you see the status change in the online portal ?
