If you haven't claimed points for it you can skip mentioning it in work history section and no document will be required for it however you need to mention it in personal history section.

Recieved portal 1 today within 2 hr of raising a webform request(not sure if that triggered them to look into application). Everything was completed on tracker since Sep 28.Final decision Oct 2.

Based on the trends that so many people are waiting for portal 1, it looks like they have reached or already reached the quota for this year and holding off portal1 to landing process mainly for inland applicants.

Based on information I saw from other applications, First indication is if the security page I think 5/6 th on ircc one and 4/5 on cbsa notes show security is in progress with CBSA and status updated date is few months back. On Cbsa notes you would also see a line saying C-Check submitted for...

Ok, does your tracker show COPR number? might be they completed your security but still have Info Sharing/Criminality in progress.

Opening up the thread to check how many people are just waiting for portal1 email after everything is completed and COPR number is visible in tracker. Everything completed on tracker : 27th Sep Medical Extended : 28th Sep COPR in tracker : 2 Oct Portal 1 : Waiting

Have you called them? They might have already sent the email and didn't reached to you, not sure how that could occur but few folks on forum have reported this kind of thing.
