You can submit a webform , it is still upfront when it is submitted before they ask.

While we answer the questionnaire before beginning the application, there is a question like 'did you do medicals in the last 12 months'. If you answer that yes, they will ask you to submit medicals along with other documents.

I did not receive a letter like that. But if I were you, I would either submit a web form or resubmit the same medical again.

I applied through GC key. VO was mentioned to me in the IRCC's response to my webform.

It is either an error or a drastic shift in the way they process the visas from India. Former seems more logical.

Did anyone notice that the processing times for supervisa from India has gone up to 613 days ?!
