That's really stressful. Is there an option to pick up the passport from Consulate?

Yeah I am aware, hopefully by Monday or Tuesday it will go to BLS and then it takes a day or two to receive the passport.

Ohh man! It's bit stressful and I am kind of in the same spot as I will need to travel outside Canada in the last week of June and have no idea about when the passport will be dispatched from BLS.

Yes I did receive my COPR and it was approx 1 month and 10 days.
