Finally got biometrics request on 24th july and completed it today. Was bit worried as it was long time and they didn't ask for biometrics. P.S: My case is bit different as I got married after AOR.

No, You have to mention entire family details. Also you need to give specific reason if your spouse is not accompanying you. Please play safe. Try to get PR for entire family and you be the main applicant. It is very difficult to sponsor spouse after PPR too.

Now the estimated completion changed from "Maximum 6 months" to "Minimum 6 months". So have patience and wait :) I didn't get request for biometrics too. But I know it is ok. One of my friend landed there without having submitted biometrics.
