    When the draw happened the tie breaking was mentioned as nov 25th and it looks like later they updated. I have the screenshot also but not sure how to share that here.

    It’s bit tricky to understand. From 526 - all candidates who submitted their profile on or before tie breaking date will be given invitation. Only for the candidates with lowest crs cutoff 525 - it is until they reach the no of invitations they want to issue. Say for example they sent invitation...
