I believe those files are processed in canada as if your visa letter issued from some other country (look header of ppr) it takes time as they have to get the file sent to them from the visa office to process in canada. Assumption only

I just called Cic and they said turn arround time is 2 weeks for Ottawa. You should call so they can shoot enquire to cpc

One of my friend has got his passport returned after 3 weeks. So at this stage, we aren't sure, just assume 3-4 weeks easily.

I am 4th october delivered at 7:40 AM. Waiting

Nope I am week behind then you. They got mine on 4th October. You will be guessing game to me. :) I seen people around 3 weeks turn around time. So hopefully next weekend for you

Nope.. nothing changed in GCkey neither in ECAS>

It's relief man before the election. They will get my passports on Friday evening as I mailed them today. So expecting to have it back by the end of the month
