I received the same response. I did submit them the ticket and everything but nothing they can do. I have crossed 4 months lol. Best thing to ask is what month PR Card application are they processing.

Many times but again processing time is 128 days and I have I have crossed that time frame.

I sent email related to an emergency but they didn't process so got same reply from many people including immigration minister's assistance and Prime Minister Assistance. The only thing I guess you ask is may I know which month PR card application now as last time I received March 2021 in July...

I presume application approval means PR application was approved and then once he received the COPR he sent the photo on 8th April

I didn't get portal. I had to just ship it but the copr letter that u get has the specifications.

Minealso was delivered today at 12:00 PM. I guess I will give it a week or 2 then will follow up with IRCC. But do keep us/me updated when you get a response.
