Anyone know why background check is completed before everything else? Wouldn't background check encompass everything and wouldn't they send a test invite if your eligibility is all in order? Just wondering as Ive had zero movement since test marked passed/complete. Hate this waiting game.

has there been cases where after BGC and test complete that an application gets held up..?? people wiht my timeline are getting oath invites but I have had no movement since test/ BGC complete on sept 9 Is there a separate hotline for citizenship inquiries at IRCC?
