I remember hearing in one of the videos launched by CIC ( the old IRCC) on how to fill form. It said to leave nothing blank. as they do not know if you forgot to fill the field or you don't want to fill it. So, please put N/A or a not applicable, what ever is convenient.

You can put any earlier date you like the online tool is automatically going to calculate only the days that falls in the eligibility time frame.

the checklist asks for the bio pages ( typically first and last) only. anything else would be an over-kill !

guys try using another PDF reader. that solved it for me, once in the past. maybe something like this one : http://www.pdflite.com/reader/ also make sure you're downloading the checklist and then opening it. it wont open in the browser.
