My visa office is NDVO and I got biometric after nearly 5 months but after I submitted my fee, the Delhi was in lockdown for nearly 3 months. Also my suggestion would be to upload the receipt if the upload link is enabled in mycic.

They did the same to me. I paid biometric again and shared new receipt and today I got biometric request.

My mom is in Canada for nearly 8 years with some small trips to home country for 2 weeks every 2 years.

Received RCMP police clearance request from NDVO. PC from India was sent along with application and they haven't requested it.

It means Eligibility is passed. BG and Criminality in progress.

Please keep an eye on Canadian consulate site for New Delhi. Any special flights will be announced there.

First medical request was in 27th October 2019 and passed on 9th Nov 2019.

@YULIA-2016 @robertp @laxsun please update remedial passed on 20th April 2021. Medical was done on 3rd April. Now awaiting next steps from NDVO.

You can always write to them and inform them that you applied for PP extension and ask more time for submitting passport. It's not a big issue.

LVO NDVO After receiving remedical and pre arrival letter last week, received request for Biometric Fees today. Interesting ..... because I already paid the Biometric fee along with the application but today, I paid again and uploaded the receipt. @laxsun @robertp @YULIA-2016

1. Yes visitors can renew passports in Canada. I did it for my mother few months ago. 2. Yes visitor visa can be extended beyond expiry of visa. My mothers visa expires in May 2021 and I have extension till December 2021.

As per tracker sheet, your application is processed at NDVO. Is that correct? You will be first DM2 from NDVO after a very long time (Apr2020).

I heard CBSA does not process PR on certain days at us / Canada bridges specially on weekends. So if you are planning to flagpole check with CBSA.
