My mailing address was my representative's address, today it changed to my home address. Nobody did anything to it. Somebody have this experience?

I received the same update earlier Oct, letter was sent Oct 3, still not receiving it. Called twice, call center that letter is for the response I received via email on Oct 3.

I think I got the same guy last time. Now I am calling them every month, the guy said "you called last month", I said yes because I didn't get any update. He say your file is in final review stage, nothing to worry about. That's it

I haven't received that "letter" yet, and didn't call. But what you are saying is exactly what I am thinking. My agent sent email on Sep 26 to CIC, received an email back on Oct 3. I received that note on Oct 6, was happy CIC is working on my file. Less than 3 hour later, I say wait a minute...

I order note three month ago, back to that time my security is blank, is there anyway to know if security has been proved other than ordering another note? that will take a month and my agent think ordering note doesn't help at this point. Please advise
