I hope as you do but i saw many people herre been waiting since oct. And the holiday time is coming so not very positive in Dec, but January for sure.

I agree, its ridiculous and hope they are not doing it on purpose. They should also provide flagpoling option like before should they had lots of back log.

Update guys, i got the second portal email last night at midnight ( atlantic time) ! Confirmed address and photo this morning, hopefully ecopr soon ! @Gursh_ @AnaCamp

Mine is VO Montreal office too. I received 1st portal email on 24th nov , replied right away and dont even receive the 2nd email to confirm address and upload photo till now.

Oh i got it on 24th and replied right away. I've been reading around the forum and saw many people got delay by months already from montreal office and it is also said that they are holding ecopr until january so they count us for new quota next year...

It did not show which office process my file but the portal email for soft landing was sent by montreal office.
