I believe it should not be a problem!! ECA is an important document when it comes to express entry, and I would recommend you to ensure that the original is with you sooner or later. All the best!!!

Why would you want to mail it to Canada? You may have to produce original during some point of time. I would recommend you to get it mailed to your India Address. Yes the fees is about that, refer their website to get latest information. Credit card should work.

Are you getting ECA done from WES? If yes, can you recheck that they still need transcripts? I guess they require attested marksheets from your university!! If your university was changed, your current university should have issued you first 2 semester marksheet and marked them as exempted.. if...

You can jump up your score by doing good in IELTS exams and getting your bachelors & masters assessment...If you know french, it can boost up your score. It is really difficult to say what the maximum score can be as it is based on number of factors. More the merrier :)

I am not advocating that WES is better.. All I said was that one could clarify the doubts directly from WES/ICAS rather than second guessing the things.. on the contrary I received a reply from WES the very next day..

You can always call or email WES.. They will guide you through.

Guarantee is a strong word..having said that, If your application is flawless, they have no reason to reject. If, however, you plan to take this risk, make sure you follow the guidelines to the point, do an intensive research and clear your queries here, prior sending out your application...
