How are you guys able to connect to the agent? I'm trying regularly since almost a week and always get disconnected due to standard reason "high volume of calls". :mad:

@zviks No luck buddy :(. It is frustrating to hear the same thing - "We are experiencing high call volume and cannot connect you to the agent".

Unfortunately I haven't followed my application closely at the beginning to notice the timing of updates. It is only now that I'm following-up

AOR Date - Sept 15 On Jan 2, I got a request to submit IMM5406. I submitted it. Did anyone else received this? PS : Progress bar states Estimated completion date March 15.
