I think it is fine to just create 1user id (Sponsor's user id). Just submit the IMM5476 form where you (Sponsor) is the representative (Family Member) of Principal Applicant.

@dhandpun Yes, that is normal. It is same for everyone who got PPR emails after their PA status gets updated to "Decision Made". Don't worry you should receive your PPR in a day or two. You are up next in line.

Not always. Like @fjle mentioned above. Just wit until u receive RCMP Criminal Background Check request from IRCC. U might be one of the lucky ones who Doesn’t need to provide it.
