The fact that you got pre arrival, I don't think your interview will be too difficult, there interview questions on here that you can search and go over, basically just know everything that was put on the application. Bring your passport and the letter they send you requesting the interview...

One other way is that some interview was postponed due to covid so they know for sure cause they are waiting for reschedule, the notes also says it sometimes.

Last time I heard from them was because I emailed them to ask what's the status since my dad is sick and I wanted my hubby hear, they replied saying they were not processing due to covid and little staff and to consider applying for visitors visa, which makes no sense that they can process...

They are all over the place, I saw some April and March 2019 that had already done interviews get PPR, then I saw some August and September 2019 who did not need interview get PPR. So hopefully those people who are between those months that need interview will get some form of phone interview...
