When you receive the invite email, they will provide you the steps if you are outside canada. They provided me with an email where I need to send an email with a subject ‘outside canada’. In the email, they told me to Provide the name, application number and the start and end date of the test...

I took the test couple of days ago from outside canada. You need to wait for their email and reply by another email with ‘outside Canada’ as subject. They answered me the next day and allowed me to do the exam.

I received the instruction email the first day of the test window.
