my ppr email was issued by HK office, with multiple guideline to mail the Passport oversea and in Canada. Probably that's the reason why it got delayed that much....

just had another call with CIC, and the answer is so disappointing... "since it's not passing the regular processing time (12-24 months), the system blocks me to send Ottawa an email to investigate what's happenging to your application" so there's no point to call until mid-August...

imma just curious about wtf they still need to check during this period??

you probably need to call them again to obtain your FILE NUMBER. Normally, AOR is completed for all 2nd-rounders.
