    Hi Pauline, mag log in ka lang sa account mo and you can add her birth certificate as a new document once na may copy ka na. then hopefully pag dumating na ung invitation to apply mo, may form na kasama for additional dependent :-)

    pang number 6 kami :-) around 2 pm we're done with everything coz we have to wait for the result of xray and if there are additional tests/vaccines that you need to take :-)

    @lyoxine.... in my case, i have 2 kids as well, we did our medical sa st lukes (bgc nga lang) around 6:30 am nandun na kami and the area will be good for kids. 7-14 days yung pagsubmit nila ng result and in our cas 12 days ecas received na.
