Hello guys, Do we get email When file move to visa office? I got Biometric, MEDICAL and sponsor approval. In the sponsor approval they States that my file will be forwarded to Delhi visa office but I have not received any separate email that would confirms they have already forwarded.

They gave us 30 days to submit the biometric. But it's hard to get the appointment.

UPDATE :- Application Received -- may 19, 2021 Biometric instruction letter received-- July 07, 2021 No AOR, MEDICAL REQUEST & SA yet.

Is anybody here whose file got returned then they reapplied. Just wanna know how long did it take to get the AOR after reapply?

We had hired immigration consultant... that's her mistake and our mistake is we trusted her, we thought she's licensed consultant she must know where to sign and what to sign.

Yes, we had temporary number that we got in November.

Hello dear, good to hear that you got AOR, congrats. Some rays of hope for us. We also applied spousal application and got returned after exactly 7 months. Now we working on resending it. I want to know if you sent the new passport sized photos or same that you sent first time.

Hello everyone, our application got returned due to missing handwritten signature on generic form. They ask to resubmit the application. My question is Do we need to update call history and provide them latest supporting documents that proofs our relationship is genuine. And how about job...

I guess so... but you have to apply with strong reason that your spouse is going back after visit. Have heard, for some of them it got approved. That's why i was asking what reason of visit they applied with?
