    If you have a valid email address on your file (you received your AOR through email) then you will receive further correspondence by email too. I think finger print is not needed for children.

    So if you have a valid Email address in your file, all communications will be done electronically and they don't send physical Discover Canada book to your mail address. They only provide a link to electronic version (PDF file) of Discover Canada book in AOR email.;)
