Emailed 3 presumed calgary office emails, several webforms, atip note, replied the ecopr approval mail as well, also called to put a note (2 weeks waiting after notes and nothing).

Their average processing seems its only for Montreal issued ecopr, lol, Calgary has no end for now :D

Heard today, people from November are still waiting from same office, its either the department is shut or no personnel handling the pr card processing at Calgary Office. As I was told the issue was from Calgary office by an agent of IRCC.

At least you now have the factual information on what transpired.

There's a timeline for it, and if all documents are available, should follow the timeline, but ircc can always surprise us.
