    @hello2020 - Look at this analysis - Go to https://www.ee-stats.com/charts/ and compare distribution of candidates from August 16 till recent draw. August 19th draw was 3000 and cut off was 403, so consider all 450 CEC's were clear at that point. Sep 12 draw was of 2000 with cut of 462. Below...
