You must had received Inter pass certificate from ICAI once u clear both group. Mention the date mentioned on that certi. as Year awarded.

They will delete the particular course/degree from the list . give them 3-4 working days , if still its not deleted raise a query and attach screenshot of their last reply

They did in 2 days for me. But I received following response from WES - "The requested credential has been removed from your order. We have updated the status of your account to reflect this change. "
