They are updating the portal I guess. Also Progress bar has no significance, it is just an automated progress bar. Maybe lot of people might be asking that progress bar shows 100 percent and there application is not yet approved, and IRCC removed it completely.

Is this true Sydney VO has a history of Delaying applications? Pre-Covid too. Seems this is usual case for the applications processed at Sydney.

Better call IRCC, that is much faster. Webform, I think is only good, when you need to send some information or updates to the applications.

Is there anyone who eligibility is stuck at Recommended passed and recently passed? For me almost 5 months, eligibility is stuck at recommended passed and due to this security not started. Rest everything is passed, even info sharing. Not sure, why eligibility is not moving. @legalfalcon

Based on the snail pace of the processing, seems it will be a tough ask. Really, I am surprised, IRCC is not able to put things on track even in 9 months. Shows how badly it is managed.

Yeah, I meant security wont start from March itself. Possible, they might be referring to AOR. I called them yesterday, same status. Eligibility is recommend passed and haven't touched for almost 5 months now.

No, it can't be security. As you are March AOR, Security will start only after eligibility passed.

When I called the agent, he said the last note on eligibility is given on July. So he assumed, that last update was on july. This brings a good point. @legalfalcon - Is it possible, that stage may be passed, but not documented on file which agent have access to? I meant, things are moving, but...

Rather than sending webforms call them. May take 7 or 8 attempts to get to the agent. But you will get much more insights about your application, rather than half baked information of Webforms which take 2 weeks If you are outside Canada, download an app like, get a Canada number and call them.

And that too they will send a generic reply like application is in progress

Looks like PNP applicants are stuck. Same for me, eligibility same from July. However, criminality passed. @legalfalcon - for PNP, is there anything which might be stuck at Province? Like any step which Province are blocking?

If the last webform states that Eligibility is MET, then it is passed.
