They are updating the portal I guess. Also Progress bar has no significance, it is just an automated progress bar. Maybe lot of people might be asking that progress bar shows 100 percent and there application is not yet approved, and IRCC removed it completely.

No, it can't be security. As you are March AOR, Security will start only after eligibility passed.

Rather than sending webforms call them. May take 7 or 8 attempts to get to the agent. But you will get much more insights about your application, rather than half baked information of Webforms which take 2 weeks If you are outside Canada, download an app like, get a Canada number and call them.

If the last webform states that Eligibility is MET, then it is passed.
