I don't know about that . Mine is processed in Bangalore . But I am receiving mail from both immigration

Try use webform then to upload new Loa . Mine is processed in banglore immigration so they say it is forwarded to concerned department that's what the reply they give you

It's depends on college . You should ask them and your agents . I would recommend you to defer as it's not sure you will have aip and second stage approval .
