I am a failed refugee.., left canada last year sept 10 applied for pnp approval got approved in oct 2020 Applied for WorkPermit feb 2021 received a negative decision on that… does that usually happen?

They have started processing them i think.., the processing time is down to 18 now

All have different timelines… some march this year some September last year… They picking randomly
