    We can not expect any response from IRCC, they did not process July applications yet, once you get your PCC, just submit it via Web Form, there will be no response.

    I don't agree, PR is not the only way to migrate to other countries, I'm sure most of us would have Plan B, C..... Guys who would have 470+ points must be really talented and can get a job outside. I'm not saying its all easy but not impossible for sure.
