    If you are willing to pay thousands of dollars in courier, then you are willing to pay the expensive medical insurance, there is no tax implications/breaks for that. by the way, I was not selected in the lottery thrice now, my mom is here with me under super visa.

    Have you called IRS? Since you’re living in the US and CRA has nothing to do with you yet as you are not a PR. H&R should know this, this is their job.

    ^Of course you need your parents’ signature, except for the application form which is electronic signature. Proof of financial support can be your NOA, T4, employment letter, bank statements, etc. Submission letter is only for paid representative.

    The waiting time to be called for the interview (1 hour for me) is longer than the actual interview (5 minutes). If you had many travels maybe that would take longer than 5 minutes interview.
