Check the email which has the report attached, When there is duplicate requests in which the data is not change, they reference multiple requests and send one response. It must be mentioned there in that email.
If your case is straight forward it will be wrapped up in less than 12 Months. If Its complicated then you have to look at 23 Months* Processing time.
A complicated case is the one with History of Divorce or Child Custodies etc.
I would suggest Order GCMS Notes through CBSA. They're quicker then IRCC these days. In worst case scenario CBSA takes 30 Days + 50 Days Extension. So you will get it in 80 Days.
