    Eventually able to speak to an agent. Was told that she cannot see if a final decision is made or not, and also advised that now I can only wait, next step can happen anytime from now to the end of 14 months processing time window.

    Thank you! How did you get to speak to an agent? I just called but the automatic machine cut my line off due to large volumn of calls. After providing UCI I pressed 3 - 4 - 0.

    Congrats! My LPP completed on the 6th but nothing happened for Oath. Also with Niagara office. I know we have to be patient.

    When did you get last step (e.g. LPP) completed? I am also with Niagara office and LPP completed on 6th and Oath not yet scheduled, but no email to download the e-certificate.
