    I called earlier the agent told me that my application is finalized and that ceremony date is not scheduled yet for me. As per agent it could take few weeks to months... Only thing I learned really is that decision is made

    Very common to receive email for e-certificate before. Your oath date has been determined its just not updated in tracker yet

    Just wait until they respond or relocate to Canada and inform them...I think the fact that you moved out of Canada is the reason of the delayed response
