Hey guys! If you are calling the agent (Since last Monday, 22nd Feb) have they been giving you information on specifics of your application? Like whether security is done etc?

Infact when asked about Cn pace group she said she has no idea what I was talking about or referring to.

You can call using the Text me app and with a Canadian number. However since they are not giving any information on your application I wonder if at all it is useful.
