That's probably the cause of delay. Once that's assigned your file will move much faster. There was no officer assigned to my file (per my August ATIP notes). Then Sept 20th LPP-Complete, today I got my Oath update. I think between my last notes and LPP they had assigned the officer. I am sure...

Calling them and asking what’s your primary office or ordering ATIP notes

I haven't had the best case scenario with IRCC ever. So asking for the worst case scenario. How long people have waited with Scarborough office from "Oath - In Progress" to "Oath Date showing" on tracker?

I know the wait is frustrating. I waited 8 months for my LPP to go green since my test was marked completed (I still have no idea when my Oaths gonna be). I know folks who are waiting from even longer. That is the curse of Sydney office. :-(
