Hi- my wife has similar problem with test not getting updated to Complete. How did you/your sister handle the situation? Did they respond back?

Test was given on Feb 5 and tracker still shows Test in Progress for my wife. Fingerprint was requested for wife on Feb 15 and was submitted on Feb 16. Background shows in Progress along with Test. I am little worried now that test date expires on Feb 22 and it still shows in progress. She sent...
