Same as me, same timeline. I did send a copy of proof of medical using webform to cic, after 8 days I got reply from cic confiming they have forwarded my document to officer. My status still not updated in Portal and not sure when this will happen.

ye yes, I have lived in Singapore for 5 years. the PCC was not provided with original paperbased application. singapore requires letter from IRCC to provide PCC to individuals.

I suspect either one of my applications is actually opened for processing now. Since I don't have dependant in my application this message doesn't apply to me. CIC desk said there is no message in my file as he sees it though.

I have exactly same message right after latest maintenance in my BOWP and PR application, called CIC and I am told "that is nothing, don't worry". I have PNP-PR application since April 7 and BOWP since April 27, none of these applications had any update so far whatsoever.
