C Call them. Are you sure its spelt right on the forms you provided. If you did the fingerprints at a police station sometimes they misspell. Usually they copy it from your drivers license and probably a human error in typing.

Honestly I am not sure. I am guessing you are out of USA. The problem is the letter has your postal address on it. So I am not sure if that will be considered valid nor not while you are not in the USA. Maybe someone who has this experience can answer better.

So email them the change of address form in advance. Call them as soon as your card is charged and tell them you want to confirm if they have the changed address on file. The emailed change of address from goes to a different department so calling will ensure it gets sent to the right address.
