Eligibility completed=Eligibility passed but take note that ADR can still come up before PPR but it's a situation that you can always manage.

Check your tracker to see if your COPR number has been prompted.

Yeah! You should get a notification for payment. There's a fellow here whose application was not progress on similar situation with you. I will advice that you pay the fee ASAP and save yourself all the negative stress. Playing safely is best. This is just an opinion. Thanks.

At RFV stage, COPR number is already generated. I don't think the COPR will be generated if you don't pay the RPRF fee. This is just my personal opinion.

Non payment of the RPRF fee kind of keep an application on the wait.

Thanks mate! January 2024 will come with Eligibility passed. The wait will come with good news. We will all be happy again. The average processing time is now 5 months. MEP and BIL is by the corner. Work starts tomorrow. Timelines will begin to change and we will all share good news. Happy 2024...
